Directions for use

Squeeze the tube from the bottom up, flatten it, do not roll. Clean the braces thoroughly and brush your gums thoroughly. Dry the braces. Place small amounts of the product on the braces. Do not apply too close to the edges of the braces. Replace the braces, holding them firmly for a few seconds. Wait several minutes before eating or drinking.
