Refresh Eye Drops (for Dry Eyes) – 90 x 0.4ml Single Doses

Product Indication To soothe irritation caused by dry eyes.For adult use. Directions for Use Apply in drops to the affected eye(s). Dosage1 drop per affected eye, administered 4 to 6 times a day. Use a new single dose for each application. Each single dose contains enough solution for both eyes. Instructions for Use– Wash hands thoroughly prior to use. – While applying drops, be careful not to scratch the eyeball with any part of the single-dose container. – Discard container if seal is damaged or broken. – Break off a single dose from its blister-pack. – Holding the single dose upright, unscrew the top to open. – Roll your eyeball upwards and gently pull down the lower eyelid. Tilt the container and apply pressure to apply a drop to the eye. After application, blink several times. – Dispose of empty containers immediately after use. Do not re-use. Or use strictly as prescribed by your doctor. Ingredients Active Ingredients: Vinyl alcohol, povidone Other Ingredients: Sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide/hydrochloric acid (as a pH regulator), purified water Precautions for Use – Do not use a dose if the container is damaged. – Refresh eye drops contain no preservatives. Consequently, once opened, a dose is at risk of bacterial contamination. For this reason, use a different dose for each application and do not re-use empty containers. – If your symptoms persist, consult an ophthalmologist so that your treatment can be re-evaluated. – While applying drops, be careful not to scratch the eyeball with any part of the single-dose container. – Your vision may be blurred slightly for several minutes after use.
