Product Description Solution for ocular application. Can be used to treat bacterial infections of the eye and surrounding tissues (such as conjunctivitis, kerato-conjunctivitis, blepharitis and dacryocystitis). Directions for Use For ocular application. Dosage 2 drops per affected eye, administered 4 to 6 times a day. Length of Treatment Do not use for more than 10 days. If symptoms persist for more than 10 days, consult your doctor. Ingredients Per 100 ml: Active Ingredient: Hexamidine di-isethionate: 100.0 mg Other Ingredients: Sodium chloride, boric acid, borax, purified water Precautions for Use WarningsIf your symptoms do not improve quickly, or new symptoms (such as rash, blurred vision or pain in the eyes) develop, stop treatment and consult your doctor. Precautions for Use– While applying drops, be careful not to scratch the eye with any part of the vial. – Re-seal vial carefully after use. – If using with another eye drop product, leave at least 15 minutes between applications. – If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist. – Keep out of reach of children. Contra-indications Do NOT use if: – you are allergic to any of this medicine's ingredients.
