Product Description Traditionally used for acute, benign bronchial conditions. How to Use Method of Administration For rectal use. Suitable for babies under 30 months. Dosage 1 or 2 suppositories per day. Do not exceed the dose prescribed by your doctor. If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Length of Treatment Due to the risks of local toxicity, rectally-applied medicines should be used for as short a period as possible. Ingredients Active ingredients (per suppository): Grindelia (soft hydro-alcoholic extract): 10 mg Gelsemium (soft hydro-alcoholic extract): 5 mg Other ingredients: Propylene glycol, semi-synthetic solid glycerides Packaging This medicine is produced in the form of a suppository and sold in packs of 6, 10 or 12. Precautions for Use If your baby develops a high temperature, starts to cough up thickly or cough up purulent fluid, or has chronic bronchial or lung disease, consult your doctor. Do NOT use if your child: – has recently suffered injury to the rectum or anus (contra-indication linked to method of administration).
