Usage tips

How to use the hot thermal pad?

Heat the ACTIPOCHE Large Model thermal pad for 3 cycles of 30 seconds in the microwave oven (power 600 W), mixing it between each cycle.

Immerse the ACTIPOCHE Large Model thermal cushion for 2 minutes in a pan of hot, non-boiling water off the heat.

How to use the cold thermal pad?

Place the ACTIPOCHE Large Model thermal pad in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Place the ACTIPOCHE Large Model thermal cushion in the freezer for a maximum of 20 minutes. Do not store in the freezer.

Precautions for use

External use only Never apply directly to the skin, hot or cold: before use, insert the thermal pad in the protective cover provided.

Do not apply on damaged skin.

Do not use with analgesic and / or anesthetic products (such as gel, creams, balms, lotions, liniments, etc.).
