Product Description An antiseptic, Humex lozenges can be used to relieve mild and feverless sore throat, mouth ulcers (aphthae) and small mouth sores.Suitable for ages 6 years and over. Directions for Use To be taken orally. DosageAdults:4 to 6 lozenges a day. Children 6 years and over:1 to 3 lozenges a day. Length of TreatmentDo not use for more than 5 days. Ingredients Per lozenge (2,500 mg): Biclotymol – 20.00 mg Isomalt, citric acid monohydrate, acesulfame potassium, raspberry flavour 054428A (propionic acid, benzyl alcohol, 2-butanone, ethyl acetate, acetic acid, formic acid), blackberry flavour 26D272 (concentrated blackberry juice, propylene glycol, water, alcohol) Precautions for Use – Do not use for more than 5 days (prolonged use can alter the natural microbial balance of the mouth cavity and cause the spread of bacteria and fungi). – If your symptoms persist after 5 days, or you develop a fever, consult your doctor so that your treatment can be re-evaluated. Contra-indications Do NOT use if you are allergic to any of this product's ingredients. Pregnancy and Breast-FeedingAs a precaution, you are advised NOT to take any medicine containing biclotymol during pregnancy.
