Directions for use

Brushing is recommended after every meal. Use at least 2 times a day. For pain relief, adults only: massage for one minute into tooth and gum. For children aged 6 to 12, use as a toothpaste with a soft toothbrush. For children under 6, use the equivalent of a pea on a soft toothbrush. Contains a fluoride derivative.
