Organic Grapefruit Essential Oil - Ladrôme - 10 ml

Description

A hybrid plant between the Grapefruit and the Sweet Orange, this tree provides a fruit with yellow or pink bark. Grapefruit, commonly called "Pamplemousse", which is recently marketed in the West, is mainly used in cooking (fruit salads, confit). The essential oil, of greenish yellow color, has a fresh citrus scent, similar to that of fresh fruit.

The essential oil of Grapefruit is known for its antiseptic and deodorizing properties atmospheric, digestive, lymphotonic and astringent.

The benefits of organic grapefruit essential oil

Fresh and purifying atmosphere

In diffusion, it is appreciated to help purify the atmosphere and create a feeling of freshness, especially after cooking or in a living room.

Digestive support after excess

Traditionally used in food flavoring, it can support digestion after a meal that is too rich, at very low doses.

Silhouette and skin routine

Diluted in a vegetable oil, it fits easily into a "tonic" massage routine (fresh effect, citrus scent). Avoid sun exposure after skin application.

Use of organic grapefruit essential oil:

In the kitchen (food flavoring)

Add 1 to 2 drops to flavor a preparation (yogurt, fruit salad, pastry). Herbal tea: 1–2 drops on a medium (honey/vegetable oil), in a warm infusion. Never pour the essential oil into water.

On release

Diffuse for 10–15 minutes, then air. It pairs well with Lemon, Sweet Orange, Ravintsara, or Lavender for a "clean" and light atmosphere.

Cutaneous application (diluted)

Use only diluted (e.g., 1 drop in 4–6 drops of vegetable oil) for a localized massage. Do a skin test 24 hours before first use.
