Description
Gallia Rice formula has been developed to meet the nutritional needs of children with cow’s milk protein allergy, from birth up to 36 months of age.
Rice is a plant-based source that is naturally free from lactose, cow’s milk protein and gluten.
Research has been carried out on formulae based on hydrolysed rice protein to meet the nutritional needs of infants with cow’s milk protein allergy (CMPA), demonstrating that this is a plant-based alternative that meets their specific nutritional requirements in accordance with the regulations on specialised nutrition.
Instructions for use
- Clean the bottle and accessories thoroughly.
- Sterilise them by immersing them in boiling water for 10 minutes, or by placing them in a suitable sterilising solution whilst cold.
- Seal the bottle tightly until ready for use.
- Always wash your hands thoroughly before preparing the bottle.
- Use water suitable for infants or boil pure water for 5 minutes. Pour the recommended amount of water, warmed to a maximum of 40°C, into the bottle.

- Add the corresponding number of level, not heaped, scoops. Use only the scoop provided in the box. Do not add sugar.
- Close the bottle and shake it in a circular and vertical motion until the powder has completely dissolved.
- Check the temperature of the milk, which should be lukewarm (37°C), by pouring a few drops onto the inside of your wrist.
Guideline for preparation:
- up to 1 month: 90ml of water + 3 scoops, 6–8 feeds per 24 hours
- 1 to 2 months: 120ml of water + 4 scoops, 6–7 feeds per 24 hours
- 2 to 3 months: 150ml water + 5 scoops, 5–6 feeds per 24 hours
- 3 to 4 months: 180ml water + 6 scoops, 4–5 feeds per 24 hours
- 4 to 6 months: 210ml water + 7 scoops, 4–5 feeds per 24 hours
- 6 to 8 months: 210ml water + 7 scoops, 3 feeds per 24 hours
- From 8 months: 240ml of water + 8 scoops, 2 to 3 feeds per 24 hours
The volume and number of feeds are given as a guide only.
Healthcare professionals may adjust these quantities according to your child’s specific needs.
Composition
Maltodextrin, vegetable oils (palm, coconut, rapeseed, sunflower), hydrolysed rice protein, starch, oligofructose, emulsifiers: citric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin, fructo-oligosaccharides, L-lysine acetate, choline chloride, Schizochytrium sp. microalgae oil, Mortierella alpina oil, L-tryptophan, L-isoleucine, inositol, taurine, nucleotides, L-carnitine, antioxidant: ascorbyl palmitate, minerals (calcium and magnesium salts of orthophosphoric acid, potassium, sodium and magnesium chlorides, potassium citrate, ferrous, zinc, copper and manganese sulphates, potassium iodide, sodium selenite), vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9, B12, D3, C, E, K1).
