Anxemil - Mental Stress & Sleep Aid - 42 Tablets

Description

ANXEMIL 200 mg film-coated tablets is a traditional herbal medicine used in adults and adolescents over 12 years of age to reduce moderate symptoms of mental stress such as nervousness, worry or irritability, and to help them fall asleep.

Its use is reserved for the specified indication on the exclusive basis of the age of use.

Usage Tips

Recommended doses for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age are:

- To reduce moderate symptoms of mental stress, such as nervousness, worry or irritability: 1 to 2 tablets morning and evening. On the advice of your doctor or pharmacist, the dose may be increased (maximum 8 tablets per day).

- To facilitate falling asleep: 1 to 2 tablets in the evening, half an hour before bedtime.

Precautions for use

Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken or might take any other medicines. Concomitant use with chemical sedatives (such as benzodiazepines) is not recommended unless otherwise advised by the physician or pharmacist.

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine. The use of ANXEMIL 200 mg is not recommended during pregnancy at any term, in women of childbearing age not using contraception and during lactation due to lack of data on its administration.

This medicine may affect the ability to drive and use machines. If this effect occurs, do not drive or operate machinery. ANXEMIL 200 mg film-coated tablets contain sodium ANXEMIL 200 mg tablet contains less than 1 mmol (23 mg) sodium per tablet, i.e. that it is essentially "sodium-free".

Composition

- The active substance is:

Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) (dry extract of aerial part)…………………………… 200 mg

(equivalent to 700 mg - 1000 mg of passionflower)

Extraction solvent: Ethanol 60% V/V.

For 1 coated tablet.

- The other ingredients are: microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinised starch, magnesium stearate, silica colloidal anhydrous, polyvinyl alcohol, calcium carbonate, macrogol, talc, carmine (E120), maltodextrin.
