Recommendations for use

Apply and massage for a long time until complete penetration of the product: in the morning to prepare for daily activities and/or in the evening to relax after the efforts of the day.

Use 2 times a day on the areas: back, neck, shoulders, lumbar, wrists, hands, knees, ankles.

Precautions for use

For external use only. Do not apply to damaged skin. Test on a small area before first use. Do not use in children under 15 years, and in pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. In case of contact, rinse with a vegetable oil. Wash your hands after each application.
