Recommendations for use

Before and after exercise, or as part of a daily activity.

Apply by gentle and circular massage until complete penetration of the product.

Use 2 times a day on the areas: shoulders, lumbar, hands, knees, ankles.

Adapt the quantity of product according to the area of application and the intensity of the desired cold effect.

For external use only. Do not apply to damaged skin. Test on a small area before first use. Do not use in children under 15 years, and in pregnant or breastfeeding women.
