Description

Valdispert Sommeil Intégral combines melatonin and plant extracts to promote falling asleep and maintaining sleep in a two-layer tablet.

This technology allows a double release:

- Release in 15 minutes of melatonin 1.9 mg for rapid falling asleep.

- Release for 8 hours of lemon balm, valerian, hawthorn, California poppy and passionflower plants to promote quality sleep.

No known dependence or addiction.

Usage tips

1 tablet to take with a glass of water, 30 minutes before bedtime.

Composition

Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, dry extract of passionflower, dry extract of valerian, stabilizer, dry extract of California poppy, dry extract of hawthorn, stabilizer (xanthan gum), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide).
