Thickening Nail Polish - Onypso - 3 ml

Description

The normal nail is a keratin plate made up of several layers of horny cells, which are continuously produced and eliminated throughout life. Subungual hyperkeratosis is one of the most common characteristics of nail psoriasis. It results from the deposit and accumulation of cells that have not been eliminated under the nail. Onypso varnish has a mechanical keratolytic action that reduces this hyperkeratosis and therefore the thickening of the psoriatic nail.

Directions for use

Apply to the nails only, for external use only.

Wash hands and/or feet before applying the product. Apply once a day for 6 months to the thickened nail, using enough varnish to completely cover the surface of the nail. Leave to dry for 1 to 2 minutes. As urea is water-soluble, it is best to apply the product at bedtime to allow it to remain on the nail for as long as possible. Once a week, use a cosmetic nail polish remover to remove the layer of polish on the surface of the nail, which could, over time, interfere with the action of Onypso. Close tightly after use. Avoid getting polish on the neck of the bottle, as this will prevent it from closing tightly.

Precautions for use

Regular cleaning of the nail(s) affected by hyperkeratosis is recommended. However, avoid washing your hands and/or feet for 6 hours after applying Onypso nail lacquer. It is important to dry your nails thoroughly after each cleaning and before each application of Onypso nail lacquer. It is best to protect (with gloves) the affected areas when performing manual tasks. In case of hypersensitivity (allergy), discontinue use and consult a doctor. As this product is flammable due to the presence of alcohol, do not use near a heat source, spark or flame. Do not smoke while applying the product. Avoid using cosmetic nail polish on nails treated with Onypso nail polish. However, if you do use cosmetic nail polish, apply Onypso nail polish before the cosmetic nail polish, and remove the cosmetic nail polish thoroughly before applying Onypso nail polish again. Do not swallow. Do not use on broken skin. Do not apply near the eyes or on mucous membranes. Do not inhale. Keep out of the reach and sight of children.

Alcohol, water (aqua), urea (15%), acrylates/dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate copolymer, propylene glycol, diethyl phthalate.
