Directions for use

Use 6 dollops (or pumps) per day for the entire body. Massage the legs preferably in upward motions, from the feet to the hips. Then massage the arms, smoothing them out, from the hands toward the chest. For the stomach, massage in a clockwise circular motion (aids digestion).
