Description
This medication is an antiemetic. METOPIMAZINE is indicated for the short-term treatment of nausea and vomiting without fever in adults and children over 6 years of age.
Directions for Use
Children over 6 years of age: 1 to 2 orally disintegrating tablets per day.
Adults: 1 to 4 orally disintegrating tablets per day.
Do not exceed 2 days of treatment without medical advice.
Contraindications
Do not take METOPIMAZINE VIATRIS CONSEIL 7.5 mg SUGAR-FREE, orodispersible tablet sweetened with aspartame:
if you are allergic to metopimazine or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6), · in case of glaucoma (an eye condition characterized by increased pressure in the eye), · in case of difficulty urinating, of prostatic origin.
Composition

The other excipients are: Glyceryl dibehenate, Colloidal anhydrous silica, Mint flavor, Aspartame (E951), Crospovidone type A, Microcrystalline cellulose, Mannitol (E451), Magnesium stearate.
