Phloroglucinol Viatris 160 mg - 10 Orodispersible Tablets

Description

PHLOROGLUCINOL VIATRIS belongs to a class of medicines known as antispasmodics. It acts against spasms (contractions).

This medicine is indicated in adults for the treatment of spasmodic pain of the intestine, biliary tract, bladder and uterus.

Directions for use

Take 1 orodispersible tablet at the time of the attack. Repeat in the event of severe spasms, observing a minimum interval of 2 hours between each dose, without exceeding 3 orodispersible tablets per day.

Use in children: this dosage is not suitable for children.

The orodispersible tablets should be left to melt under the tongue for a rapid effect.

Phloroglucinol dihydrate................................................................................................. 160,000 mg

per orodispersible tablet.

- The other ingredients are :

Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, povidone, crospovidone, aspartam (E951), mint flavouring, magnesium stearate.

Precautions for use

Pregnancy

This medicine should only be used during pregnancy if necessary.

Breast-feeding

PHLOROGLUCINOL VIATRIS should not be used by women who are breast-feeding.
