This medicine is an anti-inflammatory and analgesic (it soothes pain), in the form of a gel for application to the skin, only to the painful area.
This medicine is recommended for adults to treat tendonitis of the upper and lower limbs (inflammation of muscle tendons), oedema following surgery or trauma (sprains, confusion) and to relieve the pain of osteoarthritis of the fingers and knees.
Directions for use
Dosage depends on the indication, varying from 2 to 4 applications per day.
In the absence of a medical prescription, treatment is limited to 5 days.
The active substance is :
Diethylamine diclofenac ................................................................................................................. 1.16 g
Quantity corresponding to diclofenac sodium ........................................................................................ 1.00 g For 100 g of gel.
The other components are :
Diethylamine, carbomer 974 P, caprylic and capric acid ester, isopropyl alcohol, liquid paraffin, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol 1000, purified water.
Do not apply to mucous membranes or the eyes.
If a skin rash appears after application, discontinue treatment immediately.
The gel form is for adults only.
It is recommended that physiotherapists wear gloves when using the product intensively.

Pregnancy
Up to the 24th week of amenorrhoea (5 months of pregnancy), your doctor may, if necessary, prescribe this medicine on an occasional basis.
From the 25th week of amenorrhoea (beginning of the 6th month of pregnancy) onwards, you must NEVER take this medicine YOURSELF, as its effects on your child may have serious consequences, particularly in terms of cardiopulmonary and renal health, even if you only take it once

Breast-feeding
