Noctaphyt Prolonged Release 8H provides immediate and prolonged release of the Melatonin 1.8mg + Eschscholtzia 240mg complex for rapid sleep onset and quality sleep.
For its extended-release tablet, Herbesan has chosen to use patented SEPISMART SR technology, a complex of natural origin.

Directions for use
1 tablet a day in the evening 30 minutes before bedtime with a glass of water.
