Melatonin Flash 1.9 mg is a dietary supplement containing melatonin which helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1mg before bedtime.
Directions for use
1 tablet a day, preferably 30 minutes before bedtime, to melt on the tongue.
Precautions for use
Not recommended for pregnant and breast-feeding women, children and adolescents, or sensitive individuals, particularly those suffering from inflammatory or auto-immune diseases.
