Description 

Thanks to its triple-layer tablet and Trichrono technology, it supports you throughout the night and when you wake up in the morning: 

 - The 1st layer releases 1.9 mg of melatonin and lemon balm in 15 minutes to help you fall asleep more quickly.

 - The second layer releases a blend of plants for 7 hours to help you avoid waking up in the middle of the night. 

 - The third layer releases vitamins B6 and B12 for 8 hours to support your energy levels.

Directions for use 

 1 tablet to be taken with a large glass of water, 30 minutes before bedtime.

Precautions for use

Not to be used by children under 18, by people suffering from inflammatory auto-immune, epileptic or asthmatic diseases, by pregnant or breast-feeding women, or by people suffering from mood, behavioural or personality disorders.
