Description 

Oscillococcinum is a homeopathic medicine for flu-like conditions.

Directions for use 

Method of administration Melt the entire contents of the tube under the tongue. For infants: melt in a little water and give by spoon or bottle. Take Oscillococcinum at a distance from meals, 1/4 hour before or 1 hour after. Oscillococcinum will be all the more effective and quicker to act if taken early, at the first symptoms of the flu.

Dosage - Prevention of viral diseases: 1 dose per week throughout the winter period (babies, children, pregnant women, adults) - Flu-like illness at its onset: take a dose as soon as possible. In the early stages of influenza: take one dose as soon as possible. Repeat if necessary 2 to 3 times at 6-hour intervals. - Flu-like illness: take one dose morning and evening for 1 to 3 days. If symptoms persist beyond 3 days, consult your doctor. If your doctor has informed you of an intolerance to certain sugars, contact him/her before taking this medicine. 

Precautions for use

Due to the presence of sucrose, this medicine is not recommended for patients with fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome or sucrase/isomaltase deficiency (rare hereditary diseases). Due to the presence of lactose, this medicine is not recommended for patients with galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome (rare hereditary diseases).

Composition 

Filtered liver and heart extract of Anas barbaries dynamised to the 200th K. Excipients (sucrose, lactose) q.s.p. 1 dose globules of 1 g.
