Triple Action Tablets guarantee healthy and restorative sleep² and their three-layer composition. The diapers are released gradually throughout the night, facilitating a full night's comfort.

It is advisable to take the tablet at dinner time, i.e. 2 to 3 hours before bedtime. This first phase allows you to relax and unwind⁴ to prepare for a night of quality sleep. The second and third phases are carried out in deferred release. The second occurs at bedtime and causes rapid falling asleep thanks to the release of 1 mg of melatonin. The last phase acts during the night, allowing restful sleep.

This patented three-layer technology can be taken on an ad hoc basis or in a 15-night program. Without drowsiness upon waking, these tablets are ideal during periods of disturbed sleep or in cases of insomnia. They are divisible and easy to swallow.
