This vegetable oil is obtained by a first cold pressing of ORGANIC hazelnut kernels. It contains Vitamin E and is extremely rich in oleic acid from the omega 9 family (around 80%). Yellow in color, it is characterized by its subtle and delicious fragrance, and its taste with hints of hazelnut.
With an oily liquid appearance, its dry and soft touch allows it to be very penetrating. The hazelnut is the edible fruit of the hazel tree, it contains only a single kernel (seed) and which is generally grouped in “trochets” clusters of two or three fruits. First originating in Europe, the hazel tree found a place in Turkey, which has become the main producing country.
The hazel tree produces from the 5th year and reaches its optimal capacity from the 8th year. An orchard can produce for around 40 years.
