Usage tips

EVENING CAPSULE - quantity for 1 capsule: Dry extract of flowering aerial parts of Eschscholtzia (Eschscholtzia californica) 175 mg, Marine magnesium 136.36 mg of which magnesium 75 mg (20% NRV), Dry extract of Valerian roots (Valeriana officinalis L.) 120mg; Vegetable capsule: Hypromellose, Anti-caking agent: Magnesium stearate.
