FORMULA

- Type I marine collagen of low molecular weight, highly dosed and easily assimilated by the body. It is a molecule naturally present in the structure of tendons and ligaments. It contains proteins that help maintain muscle mass.

Usage tips

Take 11.5 g per day (2 measuring spoons) divided into one or two doses, to be dissolved in a large glass of water or fruit juice (200 ml). The use of a shaker optimizes the dissolution of the powder. The separation of the two intakes is beneficial for a complete assimilation of the active ingredients.

This pot allows you to make 26 daily portions. 3 month program recommended. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
