Description

Food supplement in the form of tablets, based on natural extracts of elderberry, birch bark, hops, rosemary and sea buckthorn, particularly indicated in case of fatigue, cold or change of season, because it helps strengthen the defenses of the immune system.

It also contains vitamin D3, which contributes to the maintenance of bones, normal muscle function and better absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus by the body.

Using advice

Take 1 to 2 tablets daily at bedtime with a glass of water.

For best results, it is recommended to follow a program for at least one month.

Can be taken continuously throughout the year. An initial phase of 2 tablets per day (1 tablet with each of the 2 main meals.) for 2 weeks, is recommended in situations where the immune defenses are particularly stressed: end of winter, severe fatigue.
