Children (3 years old and over): 1 measuring spoon of 5 ml, 3 times a day (i.e. 15 ml) for a maximum of 5 days.

Adults: 2 measuring spoons of 5 ml, 3 times a day (i.e. 30 ml) for a maximum of 5 days.
