Directions for use of SomniPhyt Go tablets

Take 1 tablet per day, swallowed 30 minutes before bedtime.

This product is not a medicine and cannot replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children and adolescents. Not recommended for people suffering from inflammatory or autoimmune diseases, people having to perform an activity requiring sustained vigilance and which may pose a safety problem in the event of drowsiness. Consult your doctor before use for people with epilepsy, asthma or suffering from mood, behavior or personality disorders. In case of drug treatment, consult your doctor for advice. Prolonged use is not recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.
