Phloroglucinol 160 mg Biogaran - 5 Orodispersible Tablets

Indication

This medicine is indicated in adults for the treatment of spasmodic pain in the bowel, bile ducts, bladder and uterus.

Using advice

PHLOROGLUCINOL BGR is symptomatic treatment. The duration of treatment varies depending on the indication. If the symptoms persist, consult your doctor.

Take 1 orodispersible tablet at the time of the attack. Repeat in case of severe spasms respecting a minimum interval of 2 hours between each dose without exceeding 3 orodispersible tablets per day.

Oral route.

The orodispersible tablets dissolve easily in water or saliva.

You can :

Either dissolve the orodispersible tablet in a glass of water,

· Or let it melt under the tongue for a quick effect.

This strength is not suitable for children.

Composition

The active substance is:

Phloroglucinol ................................................. .................................................. .................. 160 mg

For 1 orodispersible tablet.

The other ingredients are:

Microcrystalline cellulose, mannitol, crospovidone, aspartame (E951), orange flavor (extract of orange peel and other flavoring substances, glucose, maltodextrin and gum arabic), magnesium stearate.

Precautions for use

Do not take PHLOROGLUCINOL BGR 160 mg orodispersible tablet:

- if you are allergic to phloroglucinol or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.

In case of phenylketonuria (hereditary disease detected at birth), due to the presence of aspartame.

Pregnancy and breast feeding

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.

The use of this medicine should only be considered during pregnancy if necessary.

The use of this medicine is not recommended in nursing mothers.
