Adults and children over 8 years old:

Unless prescribed otherwise by the doctor, the recommended dose is 1 to 2 sachets per day to be dissolved in a drink, to be taken preferably all at once in the morning. Children under 8 years old should not use this product as there are other more suitable products.

The recommended dose can be adjusted according to your individual needs. It can range from one sachet every two days to two sachets per day. The correct dose is the lowest dose that produces regular loose stools.
