Usage tips

Put 1 sachet in a cup and pour in simmering water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavors, and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity. 3 cups a day.

Use spring water to keep all the flavor of the infusion intact.
