- Constituents naturally present in the cartilage: glucosamine HCL dosed at 110 mg, chondroitin sulphate dosed at 150 mg and methyl-sulphonyl-methane or MSN, which contains sulphur. 

- Plants and plant substances: harpagophytum, traditionally used to promote joint comfort and flexibility, nettle and a curcumin complex, 40 times more bioavailable than standard turmeric. 

- Minerals and trace elements: calcium and manganese help maintain normal bones and copper helps maintain normal connective tissue including cartilage. 

- Vitamin D3: contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus. 

Directions for use 

2 tablets in the morning during breakfast and 2 tablets in the evening during dinner, to be swallowed with a large glass of water.
