Using Rosemary Verbenone Essential Oil

Atmospheric diffusion: alone or mixed, in an electric diffuser Cutaneous route: in dilution, 5 to 10% (maximum 30%) in a vegetable oil

Oral route: diluted in a little cooking oil, only on medical advice. In general 2 drop 2 times a day, without exceeding 5 days

Inhalation: use contraindicated

Example of using rosemary verbenone essential oil

Massage-Decongest the liver: 5 drops of rosemary EO with verbenone in 5 ml of lukewarm sweet almond HV. Apply in massage on the hepatic area, 1 to 2 times a day for 3 days.

Diffusion of essential oil of rosemary with verbenone-Ambiance Provence, draining: 20 drops of HE of Rosemary with verbenone + 20 drops of HE of Lavender officinale + 20 drops of HE of Cypress.
