Phloroglucinol 80mg Biogaran, Spasmodic Pain, 10 Oral Lyophilisates

Indication

This medication is indicated for the treatment of spasmodic pain in the bowel, bile ducts, bladder and uterus.

Using advice

In adults

Take 2 tablets at the time of the attack.

Repeat in case of severe spasms, respecting a minimum interval of 2 hours between each dose without exceeding 6 tablets per 24 hours.

Use in children and adolescents

In children over 2 years old, take one tablet at the time of the attack. Repeat in case of severe spasms, respecting a minimum interval of 2 hours between each dose without exceeding 2 tablets per 24 hours.

Composition

The active substance is:

Phloroglucinol ................................................. .................................................. ............... 80 mg

For an orodispersible tablet.

The other ingredients are:

Lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone, povidone K90, magnesium stearate, aspartame (E951).

Precautions for use

Due to the presence of lactose, this medication should not be used in cases of congenital galactosemia, glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome or lactase deficiency (rare metabolic diseases).

Pregnancy and breast feeding

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.

The use of this medicine should only be considered during pregnancy if necessary.

The administration of this medication is not recommended in nursing women.
