Instructions for use

Test the position of the cushion in the shoe before removing the protective film. Make sure the cushion is positioned at heel level with the widest part at the back. Remove the protective film from the pad and place it in the shoe, sticky side down. Reposition the pad if necessary, making sure it is in the same position in each shoe. To remove the cushion, gently pull it out of the shoe, exerting pressure on the shoe with your other hand. Replace after 6 months or at the first signs of wear.

Precautions for use

Discontinue use if discomfort or irritation occurs. Do not use on damaged or irritated skin.
