Instructions for use

Remove the protective film. Apply the pads to the sensitive areas of the shoe, repositioning them if necessary. To remove the pad, gently pull it out of the shoe, exerting pressure on the shoe with your other hand. Replace after 6 months or at the first signs of wear.

Discontinue use if discomfort or irritation occurs. Do not use on damaged or irritated skin.
